Join our team as a Dynamics 365 Developer where you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining customisations and integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales and other key systems. What will you do?
• Develop solutions for our customised version of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and related systems that are part of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform low-code solutions utilising Power Automate Flows, Power Portal Pages, and Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain data integration between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as a small number of third-party applications.
• Handle high priority issues that are escalated by the support team as required.
• Present and recommend technical solution options for user requirements.
• Streamline development procedures to increase team productivity.
• Ensure secure development practices are followed, and security risks are identified and addressed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with end-user documentation.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required, utilizing your skills across divisions or departments.
• Work in collaboration with the business to extend the capabilities of existing applications.
• Foster collaboration and actively share knowledge with team members to enhance collective expertise.
• Support the seamless migration of data and functionality from third-party systems into Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy.
Required Skills
• Proficiency and relevant qualifications for the role in Dynamics 365 development, customization, and configuration, including app development and administration.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing CRM systems, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Portal Pages.
• Expertise in form design, dashboards, workflows, and business process automation using best practices.
• In-depth understanding of the development lifecycle and continuous delivery methodologies, including Agile approaches such as breaking down projects into epics, user stories, and tasks.
• Strong knowledge of database and programming theories, as well as secure development best practices for working with sensitive customer data.
• Proficiency in relevant development tools, languages, and platforms, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate Flow, REST APIs, and SQL services.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues effectively.
• Skilled in vendor engagement and relationship management.
• Results-focused with excellent communication and technical abilities, complemented by experience working in development teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a quick learning ability.
