• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
• Work with the technical team to make sure that business needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
• Customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Functional Consultant facilitates the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process.
• Document settings and prepare the system
• Support testing the proposed system and train users
• Participates in providing structured support to DAX Software customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLA.
• At least 4 - 6 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing module
• Lean Manufacturing Module experience is good to have
• Understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects, reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of DAX Software documentation assets.
• Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS , BPM, VSTS, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc.)
• Knowhow on tools like Jira, Confluence & methodologies like ITIL based processes, Agile Methodology
