>Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, specifically within the Service Module.(Experience in Cloud & OnPremise)
>Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM customization, plugin development, workflow automation, and integration techniques. Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
>Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
>Project Management: Experience in managing CRM development projects, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
>Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
>Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar relevant certifications.
>Experience with Azure: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based CRM solutions.
>Advanced Tools: Experience with advanced CRM tools and third-party add-ons.
