Job Title: DZ Driver – Used Cooking Oil Collection
Pay: $26–$30 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (44 hours/week)
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends

Green Planet is a proudly family-owned and operated business serving communities across Southern Ontario. Our mission is to collect and recycle used cooking oil from restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, and food manufacturers. That oil is repurposed into clean, renewable biofuel, reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable future.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused DZ Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection and transportation of used cooking oil from commercial clients. This is a hands-on position that requires both skilled driving and physical work.
Key Responsibilities
Operate DZ-class vehicles safely along assigned collection routes
Collect used cooking oil from restaurants and other commercial locations
Load, unload, and handle hoses, pumps, and containers
Ensure proper handling and transport of materials in compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate logs, route sheets, and service records
Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Requirements
Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience driving commercial vehicles (preferred)
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, pulling hoses, working outdoors)
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Availability to work weekends
