DZ Residential Driver/Loader

Our GFL team in Bracebridge is looking to add a DZ Driver/Loader to the team! The Residential Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. The driver will collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting to post-collection facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential curbside recycling pickup and transportation

Satisfy customer needs for service

Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established company policies and contract obligations

Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks assigned

Complete daily routes as assigned by the Route supervisors

Perform of day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork

May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Route Supervisors

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

DZ License with a clean abstract

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer focus

Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
