Salary Range: $62,900 - $104,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is looking for an experienced E-2D Avionics Technician (AT) for the NAS Point Mugu Field Support Team. This position located in Ventura County California. Perform a variety of maintenance, modifications and technical support on E-2D Avionics systems, equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems, at various customer and/or field locations. Extensive knowledge of diagnoses and repair of the E-2D systems to include RADAR, EMIRS, RF and internal communications, navigation, IFF, ESM, mission computer and Data link systems.
