About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Ads Expert with expertise in Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of performance marketing, listing optimization, and ROAS improvement. Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
? Develop & execute ad strategies across Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra & other marketplaces
? Optimize marketplace listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and organic ranking
? Analyze & improve ROAS by fine-tuning campaigns, keyword bidding, and budget allocation
? Monitor ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics
? Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting for better ad performance
? Identify high-performing keywords and trends to scale sales
? Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-converting product listings
? Stay updated with algorithm changes & marketplace policies to ensure compliance
Eligibility:
? 1+ years of experience in marketplace ads (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
? Proven track record of increasing ROAS & reducing ACOS
? Strong understanding of performance marketing & marketplace algorithms
? Experience in D2C brand growth & ad scaling (preferred)
? Expertise in keyword research, ad bidding, and competitor analysis
? Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal
? Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and analytics tools
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive revenue growth
