Job Summary
We are a newly established subsidiary of a renowned global OEM. We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our start-up team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms , optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of retail math, and a passion for customer service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Multi-functioning in the begining; you are expected to grow into a leadership role and manage a team under you, with the expansion of product lines and the growth of the business. Note: may re-locate to be around Santa Ana CA later this year.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon).
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory management and promotional strategies.
Implement upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with manufacturing, product development and marketing teams to execute online promotions that drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor website performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Interact with our social media content creators to boost sales.
Qualifications

Solid experience in retail e-commerce environments (Shopify and Amazon plaforms) is necessary. Related sales or work experience from hardware, tools, automotive, home & garden categories will be a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and efficiently with customers.
Strong sense and understanding of social media marketing strategy including YouTube, Facebook / Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Instagram.
Bilingual (English and Chinese) proficiency is a plus, enhancing customer and supplier interaction capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while being self-motivated.
Passionate about creating new products, generate values and serving customers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
