Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the execution of our e-commerce strategy, focusing on driving online sales, improving customer experience, managing product listings, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.).
Update product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory and order fulfillment.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and ratings.
Analyze product performance using platform dashboards and reports.
Assist in running promotions, offers, and ads on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and returns.
Work with the marketing team on improving product visibility and content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, BCA, or MBA in Marketing/E-Commerce).
Strong interest in online shopping and digital marketplaces.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Shopify) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
