Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Operation Executive – Jacquard to manage daily order processing, inventory coordination, and ensure seamless backend operations for e-commerce and B2B channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operational workflows, e-commerce platforms, and possess excellent coordination and Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day order processing via OMS panels across all marketplaces.
Conduct physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory maintenance.
Coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and internal teams for timely dispatch of orders.
Process and track B2B Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor packaging material inventory and alert the manager of low stock levels.
Support the accounts team in timely recording of sales and returns entries.
Regularly book RTV (Return to Vendor) and update the accounts department.
Raise and follow up on Safe-T claims, shortages, and other operational claims.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written).
1–3 years of proven experience in operations (6–10 years overall work experience preferred).
Mandatory: Prior experience in E-commerce operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
