About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle day-to-day operations, assist the E-commerce Manager, and ensure smooth execution across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and Excel skills, along with a good understanding of data management and e-commerce workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Coordinate daily operations such as order processing, stock updates, logistics tracking, and returns management
Assist the E-commerce Manager in performance analysis, reporting, and campaign execution
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets (sales, marketing, and performance data)
Monitor platform analytics and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams — marketing, design, and logistics — to ensure seamless execution
Support in planning promotions, discounts, and new launches
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, and Reporting)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate:
Based in Delhi NCR
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand will be an added advantage
Location Requirement:
- Candidates must be currently residing in Delhi, India.
Salary: starting from ₹30,000/pm to ₹40,000/pm as per your experience
