Location: Vile Parle West, Mumbai
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (9.5 hours)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive / Manager to lead and manage our online pharmacy operations. This role involves overseeing product listings, order fulfillment, marketplace management, and ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage and optimize product listings across third-party marketplaces and in-house platforms
Ensure accurate SKU data including images, pricing, descriptions, and prescription requirements
Stay updated with platform policies and ensure compliance with pharma regulations (Schedule H/X drugs, etc.)
Order & Inventory Management
Oversee the complete order lifecycle from placement to delivery
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock accuracy
Maintain real-time inventory sync using ERP systems
Sales Performance & Marketing
Track sales, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and ads
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for better visibility and conversions
Customer Experience
Ensure seamless customer journey across platforms
Handle queries, returns, and complaints efficiently
Monitor reviews and implement improvements
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to CDSCO, FSSAI, and other regulatory norms
Maintain licenses, prescriptions records, and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce (pharma/healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital retail
Knowledge of pharmacy compliance and drug listing norms
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
