Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and others. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, a strong understanding of online marketplaces, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end e-commerce processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Management: Manage and optimize our e-commerce presence on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and others.
• Onboarding Process : Working on complete end to end onboarding process
• Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, to improve visibility and sales.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Service: Coordinate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• SEO and Marketing: Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies, regulations, and company standards for all e-commerce activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, trends, and strategies.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end e-commerce processes, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
