Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Bracket: 20k – 35k

Job Brief: As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll oversee product listings, inventory, customer communication, and advertising. Your role includes real-time inventory analysis, sales trend monitoring, purchase order processing, and setting monthly offers and prices on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings:

• Create and maintain effective listings.

• Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy.

2. Inventory Management:

• Prevent overstock and stockouts.

• Collaborate on optimal inventory levels.

• Maintain precise records.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Address concerns and maintain a positive reputation.

• Manage product reviews and ratings.

4. Advertising Campaigns:

• Oversee ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon Marketing Services).

• Optimize campaign performance.

5. Sales Analysis & Purchase Orders:

Monitor sales trends.

Generate growth insights.

Set monthly offers and prices.

Process purchase orders efficiently.

6. Price Debit Note Approval:

• Review and approve price debit notes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• E-commerce experience preferred.

• Proficient in data analysis.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

• Detail-oriented and adaptable.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
