Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Order Processing & Inventory Management)
Location: Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on experience)
Work Mode: Full-time (On-site)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily order processing, inventory tracking, and product listings across major marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa using Unicommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle order processing, dispatch, and return management using Unicommerce.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all marketplaces.
• Regularly update stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Ensure all product listings are live, updated, and optimized on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for deal activations, order issues, and catalog errors.
• Monitor daily sales reports, returns, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, out-of-stock products, and customer complaints.
• Ensure timely communication with internal teams and courier partners.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is a must.
• Familiarity with listing and backend operations on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and basic reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
