E-Commerce Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce operations intern to join our team. As an eCommerce operations intern, you will work closely with our eCommerce team to support the daily operations of our online store.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with order processing, including order entry, shipping, and returns

2. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

3. Monitor inventory levels and work with the team to manage stock levels

4. Assist with website maintenance and updates, including product listings and content management

5. Support customer service team with order inquiries and issues

6. Perform market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

7. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

6. Interest in ecommerce and retail operations

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
