- Managing day to day post order operations/packaging of the products and all marketplace integrations
of amazon, flipkart, paytm,e- bay and shishu online etc.
- Ensuring all SLA's are met regarding order processing, dispatches
- Manage 3PL warehouse operations and ensuring that they deliver as per SLAs
- Handling all courier partner interactions to have all orders delivered in a timely and cost effective
manner
- Daily, weekly and monthly MIS for all operational tasks
- managing all the customer and courier returns on daily basis
- stock management and monthly audit report submission on priority basis

Required Candidate profile
- pro active
- Busy inventory software knowledge is a must
- E-commerce background
- punctual and disciplined
