Rookies Jeans is a Mumbai-based D2C fashion brand under Finesse Fashions Pvt Ltd. We're growing our digital presence and looking for someone to own our e-commerce operations end-to-end — our Shopify store and our mobile app on Android and iOS.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Mobile App Manager who will take complete ownership of our Shopify store and our mobile shopping app (built on the AppBrew platform). This is not a coding role — it's an execution and growth role. You'll work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure our online store and app deliver a seamless, high-converting shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Day-to-day management of the Rookies Jeans Shopify store (www.rookiesjeans.com)
Upload and manage product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory
Set up and manage discount codes, offers, and seasonal campaigns
Customize store themes and landing pages in coordination with the design team
Monitor store performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
Manage integrations with shipping, payment, and logistics partners
Mobile App Management (AppBrew)
Manage and maintain the Rookies Jeans mobile app on Android and iOS via the AppBrew platform
Update app content, banners, collections, and navigation flows
Set up and manage push notifications and in-app promotions
Monitor app performance, user behavior, and conversion rates
Coordinate app store listings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Work with the AppBrew platform to roll out new features and improvements
Integrations & Analytics
Manage and monitor integrations — payment gateways, shipping, CRM, WhatsApp
Set up and track analytics via GA4, Firebase, and Meta Pixel
Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data
Coordination
Work with the internal marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and sale events
Liaise with the design team for creatives, banners, and app visuals
Coordinate with customer support for order-related issues on the platform
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience managing a Shopify store (hands-on, not just theoretical)
Familiarity with mobile app management platforms like AppBrew, Adalo, Tapcart, Vajro, or similar is a strong plus
Good understanding of D2C e-commerce — how products are listed, how orders flow, how customers shop
Comfortable working with third-party integrations and app dashboards
Basic understanding of analytics tools — GA4, Meta Pixel, Firebase
Eye for detail — product images, descriptions, pricing, UX consistency
Self-starter with an ownership mindset — someone who spots problems and fixes them without being told
Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and platform support
Good to have (not mandatory):
Experience with fashion or apparel brands
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools like Klaviyo or WebEngage
Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce

Write any code
Build apps from scratch
Manage servers or technical infrastructure
