Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels, including platforms like our Website, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, and the ability to drive growth through data-driven strategies and exceptional account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and SEO-friendly.
Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility and sales on all platforms.
Sales Growth:
Identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth across all ecommerce platforms.
Implement promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
Customer Experience:
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
Generate regular performance reports and propose actionable insights.
Inventory & Order Management:
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align on branding, content, and promotional activities.
Implement PPC campaigns and track their ROI.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing ecommerce accounts, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for luxury products and an eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with photo editing tools like Photoshop or Canva.
Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus.
Familiarity with PPC campaign management on platforms like Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
