OVERVIEW:
Fast paced auto parts wholesaler seeking an in-house E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE for daily operations of our E-Commerce department. We are an auto parts wholesaler that’s been established for over 30 years so we are well established and strong. We pay our employees’ paychecks on time every other week without delay and our employees get benefits listed below.
SUMMARY:
A Full-Time 40 hours per week office position to work on site. Busy and fast-paced working environment. We will train the successful candidate in processing methods for the tasks involved. E-Commerce experience is not required but would be helpful. The E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE position requires a dedicated individual with strong attention to details, flexible, critical thinking, excellent communication, and good working ethics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE’s duties are Creating, Reviewing, and Maintaining product listings on Amazon and Ebay
Ensure pricing, content, and listing designs are correct and up to date
Identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products (We will train.)
Some Customer Service duties
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL
Typing: 40 wpm
Education: High school or equivalent
Detail oriented and deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to multitask and be organized
Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills
Self-motivated to perform efficiently with little supervision
BENEFITS:
We will provide Health Insurance after a 3-month Probation Period upon which there will be an option to buy company-offered health insurance at only 25% premium. The company will pay the rest of 75% premium for you.
You will get paid vacation time off or cashed out at your option. The 5-day vacation is offered after working here for one year. A 10-day vacation will be offered after working here for four years.
Paid Holidays: 6 Paid holidays per year after Probation Period
Paid Sick Leaves for 5 days with every year worked
