Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing, including order verification, shipment tracking, and resolution of any issues that arise during fulfillment.

Oversee and ensure accurate inventory management, stock updates, and proper documentation of all orders.
•
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other Amazon partners to ensure smooth order execution.
•
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•
Handle order-related inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
•
Ensure compliance with Amazons policies, procedures, and best practices related to order management and customer satisfaction.
•
Report and analyze order management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
•
Work closely with internal teams to streamline order management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
•
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and other related functions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience:
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or order management roles.

Experience working with Amazons Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

Proven track record of managing customer orders, handling escalations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Experience working with inventory management tools and software.
• Working Hours:
•
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
