As a solution architect, you will lead the design and architecture of our e-commerce and self-service platform. You will also drive CRM transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with customer engagement platforms; Develop omnichannel solutions, integrating web, mobile, chat, and contact center technologies; Establish API-first and microservices-based architecture for scalable integrations across digital platforms. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives. Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and resilience for customer-facing applications.
