Your Role in Our Journey
You are a true e-comm operations whiz, and a professional through and through, with experience supporting high growth brands in DTC markets. Your expertise in Shopify ecosystems is unmatched and you have a passion for collaborating with your peers, across the organization, to achieve success. In our fast-paced environment you will own both product and sales data, integrate and optimize to ensure we continue our hyper growth .

Key Responsibilities
Take charge and own the data set (Shopify). You are the data gatekeeper, ensuring our highly dynamic commerce environment is always aligned for SKU, pricing, customers & promotions
Drive our online shops – ensure flawless daily operation of our Shopify stores
Quarterback the websites - from new product intros to daily updates, you deliver time sensitive needs and improvements, and you bring it all together
Effectively support Sales, Product Management and Marketing on all e-comm touchpoints; and execute product & pricing, visual updates, content and other objectives
Collaborate on data architecture changes and Shopify processes to deliver seamless integration with HubSpot CRM, fulfilment, accounting and other platforms
Monitor and maintain external integrations to ensure seamless order flow to fulfilment
Support and collaborate on implementation of new apps and widgets
Develop user SOP’s for Shopify and Provide Support and training for users
Support marketing with campaign landing pages, and promotional/seasonal moments
Conduct online competitive research to ensure pricing, specs and sales info are aligned
Assist with user behavior reviews (heatmaps, funnels, session recordings) to identify shop friction points and conversion opportunities
Participate in site structure optimizations, collections, and PDPs for search discoverability and conversion
Implement improvements and SEO best practices across product/page titles and descriptions, meta data, internal linking, and more
Edit and maintain Shopify themes, templates, and sections using Liquid, HTML, and CSS (daily maintenance not full web dev)
Required Skills & Experience
Elite level understanding of DTC e-commerce flows; B2B site experience a plus
Mastered Shopify Plus
Data management whiz – experience in a disciplined operational environment
Strong ability to absorb product knowledge, competitor info,
Goal - oriented and organized
Real communicator – able to connect and convey your message internally and externally
Lifestyle products or healthcare / medical devices experience is an asset
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, or front-end development
