Now Hiring: E-commerce & Social Media Specialist
(Full-Time, In-Person – North Vancouver)
Company: G&A ROBOT Location: North Vancouver, BC (In-Person Only) Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, +:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Start Date: Immediate
G&A ROBOT is a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing the food and beverage industry through smart robotic vending machines. We are seeking a full-time E-commerce & Social Media Specialist to join our in-person team at our North Vancouver office.
This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, content creation, and office support. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities are limited to the list below and any indirectly related duties that support these core functions.
Content Creation & Design
Assist in planning and executing photo and video content for social media and promotional use
Design marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, menus, and advertisements
Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and TikTok
Write clear and engaging captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy that align with the latest social media and e-commerce trends
E-commerce & Administrative Support
Update and manage images, product information, and written content on the company website, online machine backend, and upcoming mobile app
Monitor and respond to customer messages, emails, and urgent calls when required, including occasional after-hours support
Support event marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and digital campaign execution
Assist with general office operations and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
Must be able to work in person at our North Vancouver office
Available Monday to Friday, +:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Must have access to a personal vehicle for errands, content shoots, and on-site visits
Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt, and problem-solve in a fast-paced, startup environment
Proficient with or able to quickly learn Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, ChatGPT, Firefly AI, Meta Business Manager, Figma, and similar tools
Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of modern digital marketing tone and voice
Willingness to respond to urgent tasks or communications outside of regular hours, when necessary
Upbeat attitude and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and assist with the online backend system of our vending machines (training provided)
Flexible and open to taking on tasks outside of the formal job description when needed, especially in a startup environment
