• Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement across multiple online channels.
• Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our brand's presence on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with product management teams to optimize our online product portfolio, including assortment selection, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and paid search campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions on ecommerce platforms.
• Content Creation and Optimization: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling product content including product descriptions, images, videos, and landing pages, that resonate with target audiences and drive purchase decisions.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and ecommerce metrics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer acquisition costs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Inventory and Fulfillment Management: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service operations, minimizing stockouts and delivery delays while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of ecommerce industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in handling Amazon is a plus
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
