Back-Office Operations & Application Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Back-Office Operations team, ensuring productivity and compliance.
• Oversee the effective usage of the eFORCE application across sites, including reporting, training, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage the ticketing tool, handling escalations promptly.
• Generate and analyze daily business reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders (PIs, LCs, Vendors, Clients) for seamless operations and timely payments.
• Organize demos, training sessions, site visits.
• Handle escalation calls and resolve issues to maintain system efficiency.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong Communication both Verbal / Non -Verbal.
• Experience in application management and vendor/client coordination.
• Proficiency in reporting, training, and issue resolution.
• Ability to travel to project sites when required.
