Responsibilities
Responding to all customer inquiries and leads coming in via different channels - emails, calls, WhatsApp messages
Processing customer orders
Analyzing client requirements
Maintaining the customer database
Provide assistance to customers and resolve their issues
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues
Help manage and update the website, including editing pages and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in marketing activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
To raise brand awareness through Facebook, Instagram etc.
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the website and marketing materials
Manage strategies for digital media SEM, SEO & Social Media.
Monitor company presence on social media and provide creative ideas for content marketing
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential areas of growth
Qualifications
Education background in marketing, social media marketing, mass communication, or relevant fields
Fluent in oral & written English
Excellent internet research skills
A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail
Proficient knowledge of the major social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
Experience with Canva and other content-creating tools
