Introduction: PCIR is an industry wide initiative that involves responding to assurance requirements from Internal Audit all the way to External Consultants appointed by Central Banks. This is Test Specialist role for System, Component Integration or End-to-End testing for projects that require changes to one or several systems. What will you be doing? Participate in requirements gathering and analysis activities and assessing the application from testing perspective. • Understanding functionality related to given module and programme • Develop and execute formal test strategy within schedule and budget constraints at programme level • Develop test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints • Document defects & track till closure • Create & execute complex test ware - estimates, scenarios, cases, data • Co-ordinate and work with different integrating team across Programme level • Manage Test RAIDS • Should able to manage small team • Should be aware of Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Execution Reporting, Test Closure Documents What we're looking for: • Perform functional and technical test execution activities as per engagement level in the project • Assist the Programme Test manager in managing the testing day to day • Must have detailed functional and non-functional Testing knowledge and extensive knowledge of the test lifecycle and of relevant testing techniques • Must have extensive understanding of Defect management processes • Must have extensive knowledge of Test estimation techniques, approaches, and processes • Must have extensive knowledge of Data/document management (Confluence) Skills that will help you in the role: • Knowledge of Global Payments and Settlement Schemes CHAPS, EURO, SWIFT, FPS etc • Knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 message formats • Experience of analysing project documentation to extract requirements, system functions and other features to be tested • Experience of using test management tools ( JIRA) to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexible and pragmatic approach to changes on projects Where will you be working?
