Role Description
We're looking for a remote, part-time circular fashion designer who can:
Conceptualise and illustrate upcycled fashion or accessory collections or ornamentation using post-consumer textiles
Share design proposals with detailed specification sheets (measurements, materials, construction, and costing)
Translate circular design principles into real, functional, and visually strong product ideas
Collaborate with our team to align design intent with production feasibility
Role Expectation
Develop 2–3 design proposals per month
Submit illustration (hand/digital), spec sheet, and costing estimate
Focus on using ONLY post-consumer garments
Research emerging trends in upcycling, surface techniques, and modular fashion
Present storytelling or styling approaches where applicable
Qualifications
Fashion Design and Fashion Styling skills
Graphic Design skills
Textiles and Sewing Skills
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Prior experience or coursework in fashion design is a plus
Completed at least a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
