• This will be a quasi - entrepreneurial role and will work closely with the Chairman on everything from strategy and planning across all business management activities. This is a key role that impacts all business areas and would require working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. The Chief of Staff will have the ability to impact and improve decisions and processes directly, your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout Dileep Crafts

• Experience: 2-4 years

• Location: Jaipur

• Qualification: minimum of a Bachelor's; A Master's in Engineering / CA and an MBA from Tier 1 Institution is preferred.
