• Sales Management
Building New Book through Acquisition of NTB & CBG clients
Daily Calls minimum 2 fresh calls, Day Plans to be sent every day
Visit Plan of target customer to be published in advance (Weekly)
Call reports to be marked same day or next day (Max) with copy to WBG RM & Supervisor for all calls NTB / CBG Base
Customer details to be updated in APT on daily basis
New to Bank Customers
Scope the Market and Identify Corporate Clients for new Acquisition of CPS products
Work on the assigned CBG / LM Database
Publish progress report for all assigned Data base - Weekly
Maintain Daily Sales Tracker
Account Management
Hand holding of account during Implementation phase Product FAQs, Card Activation, Early Activation, RTO curing
Implementation of value add services
CSP
SDG-2
ERP Integration
Track payments for zero delinquency
Timely renewal for seamless services
PHR & Wallet Share
Monthly Review of accounts aiming to Portfolio Deepening
Minutes of discussion to be marked to customer & Printout of the mail to be filed for review
Maintain Volume Growth across all products
Cross sell
Cross selling of other banking products like CASA / GI / One Assist to each and every customer met
• Source Retail cards and Asset products in the portfolio
Relationship Management
Build and Manage Relationship with internal and external Channels
Working closely with CBG / Corporate Salary teams for NTB as well as portfolio customers
• Needs to Manage service delivery to ensure special customer experience
• Working Closely with Product team to provide customized solutions to the corporates
