What you'll do
As the Early Career Lead, you’ll be helping young people in India to kickstart their careers by making sure our Early Careers proposition attracts, develops and retains diverse talent at NatWest Group India.
Day to day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Manage all activities across our graduate intern and apprenticeship programmes, from marketing and attraction through to development and retention
• Grow your network by collaborating with different businesses to understand their long-term capability gaps and design learning programmes that fulfil them
• Craft a candidate experience with a competitive edge and shape our broader early careers strategy through market knowledge and internal analysis
• Raise your profile by representing Early Careers and managing senior stakeholders, executive steering groups and programme sponsors
• Drive our ‘one-bank’ ambitions by connecting all early careers activities across the bank to drive efficiencies and achieve a consistent programme experience
• Champion the potential within your team through ongoing coaching, training and development
The skills you'll need
You’ll need strong project management skills and broad knowledge of the early careers market to thrive in this role.
You’ll also demonstrate:
• Fluent English communication skills
• A good understanding of best practices in early careers recruitment and marketing
• Stakeholder management experience
• Exposure to current and emerging learning and development practices
• Strong planning and organisational skills
