Our specialized program for ages 0–3 focuses on social, emotional, and physical growth, preparing children for a confident and successful transition into preschool and beyond.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, patient, and caring Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with infants and toddlers, understands developmental milestones, and thrives in a positive, structured environment that emphasizes confidence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers (0–3 years).

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Encourage early socialization, self-expression, and confidence-building.

Support physical development through movement, play, and basic motor skills.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress.

Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Collaborate with staff to integrate our school’s values of respect, discipline, and confidence.

Qualifications

CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, AA/BA in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent certification/experience.

Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare, preschool, or early learning setting.

Knowledge of child development, safety standards, and classroom management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Passion for helping children thrive socially, emotionally, and physically.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Occasional weekend events (optional, for school showcases or family days).
