In this hands-on role, you will support children from birth to six years by delivering high-quality, play-based education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework. You will work collaboratively with a passionate team to create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments that support each child’s wellbeing, learning and development.
About the Role
Deliver and contribute to high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0–6
Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing learning environment
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Support daily routines including meals, rest, hygiene and transitions
Act as the Responsible Person when required
Contribute to continuous improvement and centre operations
What You’ll Bring
Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid qualification HLTAID010, HLTAID011 and HLTAID012
CPR Certification HLTAID009
Evidence of Child Protection accreditation i.e. 'Identify and Respond to children and young people at risk CHCPRT025'
NSW Working with Children Check
Sound knowledge of the NQF, including EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach

Package: $80,252 gross p.a. (Full-Time Equivalent) (or $40.62 gross per hour) plus 12% superannuation. The Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Worker Retention Allowance will be applied to these roles in addition with Federal Government guidelines.
Hours of work: Part-time and full-time, temporary and permanent opportunities available. Applicants must be available to work a range of shifts between the hours of 6:00am - 7:00pm to support the operational requirements of the centres.
