About the role

Brilliant Kidz Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in East Hills, NSW. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our vibrant early learning centre. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to nurturing the growth and development of young minds.

What you'll be doing

Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development

Observing and assessing children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs

Collaborating with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and support the holistic development of each child

Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements

Participating in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent

Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting

Strong knowledge of child development, early learning principles, and the Early Years Learning Framework

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering the growth and wellbeing of young children

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

Pay: $40,000.00 – $93,491.11 per year
