Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Observe and assess individual children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities
Support children in developing social skills, independence, and positive behavior management
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities and share best practices
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other required documentation
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events
Skills
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners through creative activities
Compassionate caregiver with patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Classroom experience that demonstrates organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate instructional strategies

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

First Aid Certification (preferred)
