About the role
We're looking for qualified and experienced educators who will role model appropriate practice reflective of Gowrie's philosophy, policies, purpose, vision and values as well as being able to support their team with minimal direction.
About You
You are Cert III or Diploma Qualified with a minimum of 12months experience.
You have sound knowledge of the NQF and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
You demonstrate your experience in the early childhood sector by implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to children's interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children.
You are a good communicator and able to work effectively in diverse teams.
