Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Early Childhood Educator at our preschool in Ahmedabad. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for implementing our child-centric, play-based approach to early learning. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating lesson plans, facilitating developmentally appropriate activities, monitoring childrens progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge and understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
• Creativity and the ability to design engaging learning experiences
• Experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education setting
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning
• Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf educational approaches is a plus
• Formal education or certifications in early childhood education is beneficial
