You'll be part of our not-for-profit Child Care Services, known for exceeding or meeting national quality education standards. Multiple positions are available across our services in the Penrith LGA!

Your day will involve

Lead and inspire young learners in a supportive and inclusive environment
Design and implement engaging educational programs that foster children's development
Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to create enriching learning experiences
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure the highest standards of safety, well-being, and quality education for all children in your care
What are we looking for

Completion of a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or other equivalent qualification
NESA Accreditation
Experience supervising and interacting with children 0-12 years old
Working with children check (WWCC)
Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012)
Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently
Available to work between 6.30am - 6pm
