Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join their dedicated team. Whether you're beginning your teaching career or looking for a fresh new challenge, this role offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and support high-quality early education. The successful candidate will take a lead role in planning and delivering an engaging school readiness program, guiding educational practices, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with Reggio Emilia principles.
Lead interest-based and play-rich learning experiences that support school readiness.
Conduct child observations and develop individual portfolios.
Ensure all documentation and programming reflect the learning outcomes and individual developmental goals.
Work collaboratively with educators, families, and the leadership team.
Foster strong relationships with children and create an inclusive and nurturing learning space.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Demonstrate professionalism, organisational efficiency, and the ability to work autonomously.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification (approved by ACECQA).
Proven experience planning and implementing educational programs in early learning environments.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
Valid Working with Children Check.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
