Role: Early Childcare Teacher - Educational Leader
Location: West Ryde – Postcode 2114 – NSW
Centre: Goodstart West Ryde – Winbourne Street
Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time 38 hours a week – rotating shifts to cover 7am to 6pm
Pay: $43.55 to $66.09 + Educational Leader Allowance ($2.25 per hour)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
