Job Description
The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing academic programs, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, collaborating with faculty and staff, and assisting with curriculum development.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the educational system, possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate academic activities and events in line with the institution’s objectives and goals.
Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Assist with curriculum development and course planning.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to address and resolve student academic issues.
Ensure compliance with state education regulations and accreditation requirements.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance and assistance as needed.
Manage academic resources and budget.
Provide professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
Conduct regular meetings with faculty to discuss program updates, improvements, and student progress.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in an educational or academic coordinator role.
Knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in educational software and management systems.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
