Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Educator at Toddler's Den in Ahmedabad. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, encouraging their cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning. The Educator will collaborate with other team members to plan learning activities, document each child's progress, and communicate effectively with parents.
Qualifications
• Experience in early childhood education or related field
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
