Early Years Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to lead our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for babies and young children aged 9 months to 2 years old.

This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, with an emphasis on management and leadership skills to guide and support both children and staff.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote the holistic development of children.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.

Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting programmes as necessary.

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education.

Collaborate with other educators to share ideas and strategies for enhancing the learning experience.

Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and organisational standards.
