This role is employed with Cameron logistics Pty Ltd as wholly owned by DHL Supply chain (Australia) Pty Ltd.
In this job you will:
Be responsible for providing administration support to the wider team.
Responding to incoming calls and emails
Data Entry
Uploading of PODs
Liaise with internal staff, customers, drivers & subcontractors
Maintain filing systems
Runsheet compliance
Routine duties such as scanning and checking
Preparing driver run worksheets
You have the following qualities and qualifications:
Strong attention to detail to ensure and maintain accuracy of documents
Fast learner with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Fast and accurate data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication
A high work ethic and commitment to your responsibilities
Friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently and autonomously but also be a team player
Flexible and reliable
Previous experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded
