Job Description
MBA/B.Com/semi qualified accountant with minimum of 4+ years of strong experience in Bank & Treasury operations.
• Proficient accounting knowledge & able to interpret financials & purposes of various accounts.
• GL reconciliation required(Must have)
• Must understand EBS application (Hans orga & Quantum knowledge would be an advantage).
• Inter Company Loans and Borrowings & In-house Bank knowledge & related SAP T-codes.
• Good grip on payment and receipts processing through banks.
• Bank portals + statement management, Liase with Foreign Banks for transactional queries. Responsible for bank reconciliations with strong controls.
• Investigate rejected payments & mis-direct cash into bank accounts.
• Having knowledge and know the process of accounting of Short-Term Investments/Other Investments and Interest Accrued on it.
• Good Communication skills and Interpretations Skills are required.
• Flexible to work in Different Shifts.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams for routine issues in bank and treasury operations
• Tracking and resolution of open items to perform clearing of control accounts
• Knowledge on tools used in treasury operations like Quantum, internal banking.
• Have good understanding of Electronic Banking System (EBS) concept and their related accounting flows impacting Bank GL A/cs (Main A/c and Interim A/cs) in SAP
• Posting manual journal entries like Bank Charges/Interests etc after appropriate approvals in SAP and attaching backups in SAP for entries posted
• Prepare/submit miscellaneous reports for internal reporting
• Handle audit requests independently

• Intermediary MS excel & Power point, SAP ECC 6.0, Treasury applications
