Employee & Client Assistance Team Member (ECAT) – Casual Relief
Pay: $20.51 per hour

Work Hours
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnights (Monday–Sunday):
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekdays (Monday–Friday):
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency and critical support to employees
Offer direct client support, including behaviour interventions as required
Assist with scheduling and relief shift coordination
Use I.C.E. systems for data entry, scheduling, and reporting
Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Health Care or Social Sciences certification (preferred)
Knowledge of I.C.E. policies and procedures
Basic computer skills (minimum 20 WPM) and professional phone etiquette
Experience in community rehabilitation (an asset)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience / Assets
Personal care
Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Behaviour management
Clearance Requirement
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (completed within the last 6 months)
