Are you a passionate ECE kaiako looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in a supportive, tamariki-focused environment? Glendowie Kindergarten is seeking a qualified, registered ECE kaiako to join our dedicated teaching team. About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time kaiako to join our team, working Monday to Friday from 10:45am-2:45pm (20 hours per week). You'll be part of a well-established, experienced team committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education within a caring and collaborative environment.

Are a registered and certificated ECE kaiako (we welcome new graduates)

Are a team player who's flexible, reliable, and self-motivated

Share our commitment to play-based learning and bicultural practice

Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

Bring a thoughtful, inclusive approach to supporting diverse learning needs

Demonstrate strengths in planning, assessment, and documentation

Are confident using digital tools to support teaching and learning

Value nature-based learning and model sustainable practices in everyday teaching
