About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in modern

technology stacksfrontend, backend, full-stack, and cloud—to help us identify, attract, and

hire top engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical

hiring, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to engage

effectively with both candidates and hiring managers on a technical level.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and tech leads to understand current and

future hiring needs.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates across frontend, backend, full-stack, and

cloud technologies.

Conduct structured evaluations to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural

fit.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation and

onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using active sourcing

strategies via LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other platforms.

Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives, including relationship-building with

universities, managing campus recruitment drives, and assessing fresh graduates.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market intelligence to

refine hiring strategies.

Enhance employer branding by participating in community outreach, tech events,

and digital campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, focusing on engineering roles.

Experience with campus hiring programs and fresh graduate recruitment.

Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), backend

frameworks (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, .NET), and full-stack development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP),

including DevOps practices.

Proven ability to technically screen and evaluate developer skill sets effectively.

Excellent sourcing capabilities using multiple platforms and innovative recruiting

strategies.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for product-based companies or startups.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring practices and inclusive

recruitment strategies.
