About the role:
The key focus of this role is to manage the Enterprise Content Management environment for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for the complete solution design across the full system lifecycle and will ensure the technical integrity of the solution is based on a set of architectural guidelines and principles. He/she will act as a subject matter expert on ECM system, provide guidance to other team members and become an advisor to HTC’s business leads, IT & PMO teams on all related initiatives.
Act as key liaison between the business and IT. The role is responsible for defining the ECM design and configuration solutions that translate business needs into development requirements
Be responsible for requirements, design, implementation, maintenance and enhancements to ECM solutions to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of business requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals on time and within budget.
Lead the team in administering and troubleshooting ECM systems
Developing solutions using a variety of tools, including Content Server workflows, LiveReport / WebReports, Intelligent Capture, OTDS, Archive Server, xECM, Records Management and Content Web Services / .NET applications etc
Work with the business to promote the use and adoption of ECM within Home Trust.
What we’re looking for:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Computer Science, business or related field with a focus on information technology
8 + years of experience in the ECM Administration & configuration
Experience with full-life cycle implementations of ECM
Expertise in application design and experience in working with Enterprise Architecture to define standards
Enhanced knowledge and understanding of the integration methodologies and web development fundamentals using Microsoft technology stack (e.g. .Net Framework, SQL Server, SOA / Web Services)
Experience in release management processes (e.g. TFS, Github etc.)
Strong Experience in Agile (Scrum) based methodology
Experience with Microsoft Azure is essential
Experience in training and mentoring other team members to ensure appropriate standards are adopted
Experience with Financial Services an asset
Process driven – understanding of business process re-engineering would be an advantage
Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) to technical and non-technical audiences.
The role requires working with and safeguarding highly confidential and sensitive information.
Must be able to work beyond standard hours on call rotation to provide support during escalated events and crisis management

What you can expect - pay & process:
Expected base salary range is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 , plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
